Artex is proud to announce that one of it's tiny members- Cadience Neavaeh Upchurch - is the new Tiny Miss
Texarkana pageant winner. As well, she holds the title and crown to Tiny Miss Miller County.
Cadience is the grand-daughter to Elizabeth Upchurch, an active member and foster mom for our
organization.
Cadience enjoys helping her grandmother and teaching others about rescue.

Hard at work helping Granny in the Rescue!
Both Glance and Glamour were among many that were rescued
from a OK puppy mill, in 2006. There were born 2 days after the
arriving in our foster home, sadly their mother just wasn't strong
enough to see them - she past away after delivery. However
there was another younger mother in the group that was loving
enough to take these twin girls and raise them along with her own
babies.

This is Sara, our newest foster Mom!
She's showing our 3 babies that was
saved at about 3 days of age. Sorry to
say, their mother was found dead at a
dumpster - trying to keep them feed.
How sad it was! --I hope the one who
dumped her or anyone who seen her
and yet did nothing are very proud of
themselves. It was on one of the
coldest night this year.
Artex is very thankful to Sara! if you
look she is expecting a new baby
herself! All babies - human and
canine need the love of a mother-
no-matter the form in which they come.
